It is very important that you contact a community midwife as soon as possible, so that she can discuss your options and choices with you, and together you can begin to plan your care. Ideally, you should be seen by eight to ten weeks of pregnancy.
The quickest and easiest way to book with a midwife is via your GP practice.
However, if you are experiencing any problems with this and you wish to book to deliver at University Hospitals of Leicester, we can help - just complete our online enquiry form.
If you have not been able to get an appointment with your midwife before 11 weeks of pregnancy please complete and submit this form. You will be then be contacted within 2-3 working days by a member of the UHL team.
